Since when should one artist put down another from lack of skill? Im not that great at art myself, everyday I learn something new. Im thankful for the people that choise to help me with it. In return i try helping people too. Its sad when you try hard to be good at something and someone puts you down. Critiques are ment to help you by pointing out the good and bad. To discuss how to make ones love of something better. When do you cross the line to ware you only point out bad thing and insult not only the artist but also the art. I love art, all my life iv wanted ot be good at it. I'v got "haters" once and awhile and i didnt mind much. But, what about other people? I would never bash another from lack of talent. Its hard to be good at something when there will always be someone out thier better then you. that doesnt mean to give up when you get a comment like that. Keep going. do what you like doing regardless of what a small group might think. How does anyone exspect anyone else to get better with bitter remarks? People are indeed blind to the fact thier "friend" might infact be wrong as well. I on the other hand would rather "aruge" my point till i think i get my point across. I dont need people standing up for me when i can do it myself. If you dont like it, then maybe now you know how those people feel too. I hope no one has to go through a "art bully."
